Approximately 40 acres of the tract is on the east side of Canetuck Road, with the remaining 394 acres on the west side of Canetuck. There are 3 gates on Canetuck Road that give access to the well-maintained road system throughout the tract. Well-managed timber throughout the site; the tract is made up of old growth (24+ years old) loblolly pine plantation, with a mixture of natural longleaf pine. Nutrient-rich soils are highly productive for timber growth, and the tract includes some nice hardwood bay on the western section.
